This is another of my former students’ favorite projects. They took a hand-written recipe from Mom or Grandma, and they lasered it onto a cutting board. I hate to be a grinch, but I want to save you some heartache. The hand-written recipe has to be on white paper with good resolution. It is best if the recipe is on a white background.

This project could have easily been listed under Christmas. The laser engraver would be operating non-stop leading into the holidays.

It is Thanksgiving next week, and I do not have one of these on order yet. If you are interested in one, now would be a great time.
